AA Cleaning Services Tampa Bay, LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Riverview, Florida and the surrounding communities. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.
Information this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no accounts, and no newsletter signup. We do not ask you to type personal information into it.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site loads no third-party trackers. Our web host records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
When you contact us
If you call, text, or email us, we keep what you choose to share so we can answer you and schedule your cleaning. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, service address, and notes about the work you want done.
When you book online
Our online booking is handled by Square, a third party, on their own website. Anything you enter there, including payment details, is collected and stored by Square under their privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use it to give you a quote, schedule and carry out your cleaning, contact you about your appointment, take payment, and keep our own business records. If you become a regular client, we keep your preferences so we do not have to ask twice.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our booking and payment processor, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep client and job records for as long as you are a client and afterwards as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email and we will take care of it.
Children
Our services are offered to adults. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
